1.Rotational speed and winding speed of each roller can be set by the operation panel to realize stepless adjustment, the process adjustment is convenient and fast.

2.The mechanical transmission adopts synchronous belt transmission, which is stable and accurate, low noise, low breakage rate, and improves the quality of yarn.

3.The roller is divided into the main roller and the raising roller. It is covered by cylinder clothing and mohair clothing on the surface of two rollers, The gap between the two rollers can be adjusted, and the speed of the two rollers can be adjusted separately. For different materials, it can be adjusted conveniently and flexibly. The quality of raising yarn has been greatly improved. 

The roller has been treatment by dynamic balancing, which make the machine more stable and more faster. The speed of yarn raising can reach 150-200 m/min. The raised yarn more soft and uniformity under the help of unitary cylinder system,which is good design in concentricity and cylindericity, and the quality of yarn raising is greatly improved.

4.In view of the flying dust produced in the process of yarn raising, the centralized dust collection system is adopted in the design, which reduces the dust pollution, improves the working conditions of workers, reduces the influence of flying on wool drawing yarn and improves the quality of raising yarn.
