Our Small & Medium ERW Tube Mill combines heavy-duty mechanical engineering with intelligent PLC automation. Designed to process carbon steel, cold/hot-rolled strip steel, and galvanized steel strips, this high-performance tube mill converts flat strip into high-quality welded pipes with maximum speed and dimensional consistency.
High Accuracy & Straight Tube Output
Equipped with accurate CNC forming and simple step-by-step sizing tools, this machine offers clear size control for every tube. Specifically, the standard size limit ranges from OD 10–25mm $\pm$0.03mm to OD 76–101mm $\pm$0.1mm. Furthermore, the main tube line keeps straight runout within 0.02mm. As a result, the final tube shape stays stable during long runs.

First, raw material preparation begins with the uncoiler smoothly unrolling the steel coil and feeding it into the shear & butt welder to trim and join strip ends, securing uninterrupted coil changes. Next, the steel strip enters the spiral accumulator for buffer storage, providing ample volume to guarantee continuous, zero-downtime line operation.
Then, the steel strip advances smoothly into the multi-stand roll forming mill, gradually bending into the targeted round tube profile. In the high-frequency induction welding zone, skin and proximity effects heat the strip edges instantly to a molten state before squeeze rolls forge them together. Furthermore, an online bead scraper removes external weld seam burrs, followed by deep water trough cooling to quench the weld and lock in structural strength.
In addition, the cooled tube enters the sizing mill for multi-pass micro-rolling, precisely calibrating diameter tolerance and ovality. Consequently, the multi-axis Turk’s Head alignment system corrects axial bending at the micron level, ensuring exceptional dimensional accuracy and straightness for every finished pipe.
Finally, the servo flying cut-off saw tracks high-speed line movement to deliver precise, burr-free length cutting without slowing down production. As a result, the cut steel pipes travel along the conveyor into the automatic stacker for neat bundling, stacking, and packaging, preparing them for smooth storage and transport.
